The number of tickets remaining to this spring’s Frequent Traveler University — held for the first time in Seattle from April 25-27 — has dropped below 100. If you want to get in on this event and meet lots of fellow frequent travelers you had better act quickly. Tickets cost $100 for the two-day session, including lunches and a welcome cocktail reception.
I happen to live in Seattle and will definitely be attending it if only to sit in the bar to drink and chat with readers. 
Megan has even promised to make an appearance since I mention her so often in my posts.
What will you learn at FTU? A mix of travel bloggers and other knowledgeable individuals from FlyerTalk and MilePoint will introduce you to the world of points and miles — whether that means earning them through travel or churning credit cards. You’ll also learn from pros like Ben Schlappig and Gary Leff how to redeem those miles by booking high-value award tickets. And if you think you know the basics, then at least you’ll be able to share tips with like-minded travelers between sessions.
The event will be held at the Seattle Airport Marriott, and there is a group rate of only $99 for those who need to travel to attend. I’ve been to this property a couple times and can attest that it is one of the few quality hotels in the area. The Hilton next door is also nice if Marriott’s not your thing. Or if you want to party downtown with me, the LINK light rail provides convenient transportation in under an hour. Uber is about $50.
